You are a member of the “Cutover Team” for the upcoming OPOR Go-Live. This game puts you in the position of a clinical staff member responsible for the critical initiative of Clinical Cutover.

What is Clinical Cutover?

Clinical Cutover is the process of adding relevant clinical data to patient charts, allowing clinicians to continue providing care at the time of Go-Live. This allows patients’ key clinical information to be available after the new CIS is live, supporting informed clinical decisions and minimizing patient care disruptions during the transition from the current system to the new system.
